no mods on The adorned

So u just unided my first adorned. Wondering where what it does considering it says nothing?

Is this a bug or is it possible the corrupt removes the mod?

Modifiers are hidden on items when they have a value of 0.
It's not uncommon to see on Ventor's Gamble, for example.

The range of values for The Adorned is 0 through 100. Yours is a perfect 0.
