Make Travel skills more consistent

For example depending on the player input you travel a different distance while using a travel skill, if i move forward while using Leap Slam i reach a further distance, but if i use the skill while moving backwards i only cover a small distance

Also, every travel skill should be able to jump over obstacles or gaps in terrain
