Legendary Strongbox with "Omen" to double open it, not working - no respawn

Here some emotional information:
I did this "Metal-Bug"-Strongbox on Rustbowl, maybe other Boxes also dont respawn but uses the Omen. The Bug moved away, died and on the MiniMap is just the Symbol but no mor Box to activate.
