#626572954 character locked in crashed map / solved

Hi,crypt map crashed when i was in it with another player. Now my amazon is locked in it, i can't connect back it makes the game crash too. Has someone ever issue this bug ? (crypt was lunch by another player in hs hideout, the map device has been reset with other maps since).
