Reimbursement?

Multiple times now ive experienced the lost of my maxed out skill gem. Literally Just disappeared from the fire spell on hit.. 4 perfect jeweler orbs gone to waste!

https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-forum/2214 GGG does not give reimbursements. Include additional details like what was socketed, what was lost, what you were doing at the time it was lost, etc.. and a bug report number and hopefully it will get fixed. |

4 fire spell skill gem literally fully upgradeed just went poof again.. They aren't reappearing orr going to my stash .. Now i have no currency...wth

You've not been spectacularly clear WRT what's happening & when.
Frankly at this point it sounds more like an account compromise than anything else... GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

Its fine tbh honest .. Its a bug where if you re allocate your skill gems disappeared... Pretty much unequip prior..
