Corrupted nexus maps keeps disappearing

Im almost level 90, Each time I work towards a corrupted nexus to start the first quest from Doryani, I do the map and it's not a corrupted nexus, and then I finish the map, nothing happens. So although I'm going through T15 maps I cant start to get any atlas points because of this
