Harness the elements bug

I think that node is bugged and only buffing elemental damage, or maybe it's a wrong text there. I tried with decaying hex support and gave chill ailment with whirlwind, damage doesn't change with node or without.

Could be same bug with Stormbreaker node as it has same wording.
