Currency Exchange Nowhere to be found

I've gone back through previous acts but the currency exchange isn't available with the new season. I tried contacting support but they sent me here

Please help

You aren't playing in SSF, perchance? The exchange is not available in SSF leagues (we can't even visit each other's hideouts in SSF -- at least in POE1).

You should start seeing the exchange on gambling vendors in Act 4:

Finn in Act 4 Clearfell Encampment (Act 1 Cruel)
Risu in Act 5 Ardura Caravan (Act 2 Cruel)
Alva in Act 6 Ziggurat Encampment Present and Ziggurat Refuge (Act 3 Cruel)

Alva can also be placed in your hideout if unlocked, visible only if your current character has sufficient progress.

The NPCs for Acts 1-3 will show visual alerts that orders have been completed, but will not grant access to the Exchange.
