Black crow boss won't takes no damage and won't phase

I'm stuck in the first stage of the boss fight with the black crow. Got him down to 10% life and the gates won't open. He keeps chasing me around but takes no damage and I can't get out. Tried switching careacter and logging out but it sends me right back to the fight I can't get out of. Currently have xbox off and am waiting for another 20 min before I try to log on and see if it times out. Ty

Waiting 20 min worked. it timed out and I was able to leave the fight

Hopefully this works for me too. First time this has happened although last boss in new act kept spawning 2 bosses kepting dying there even after restarting game.

The waiting 20 minutes didn't help it just got rid of my map which was t16 on a triple tower, super juiced, corrupted boss map with delirium, ritual, breach, expedition. Now I'm bummed out and gonna take a break again.
