Bug in mission of Corrupted Nexus Tier 4+

Hello!

I'm experiencing a bug where I complete a Tier 5 Corrupted Nexus, but the mission—which requires Tier 4+—doesn't complete. I've done it three times already, and it still doesn't register. I’d appreciate some help resolving this bug.
