T15 Nexus not giving quest credit

Just completed a T15 Augury and upon killing the boss, the corrupted mob didn't spawn.

Very frustrating as this caused clearing to this to be a huge waste of time. I recently came back to the game after quitting this awful, awful patch after a week.
