Unable to Log In – Cannot Log in the specific character

I am unable to log in with my one character. I keep receiving a message saying "Unexpected disconnection." I was able to log in with my other characters.

I believe the disconnection occurred when a portal was generated upon opening the endgame map. I have waited for about two hours, but the issue has not resolved.
