Omen of Ameloration still bugged

The Omen is still not working when paired with another omen like Omen of Resurgence. The later is still there and active due to being one-shot - and so is the Omen of Ameloration after 10% of my exp got removed....

Pretty sure it says something like
"Only one omen can be triggered by combat each instance"

Is neither of them triggering?
If neither is triggering then I'm guessing they are deadlocking on some omen combat mutex code side. Just use the one you care about more and it should work fine.

Yep. Only one of these omens can be consumed/used per area.

I wrote quite clearly that NEITHER Omen was triggered.

Wouldn't expect the Resurgence to trigger at a one-shot, but then Ameloration didn't trigger either.

are you sure it was the first time they should have triggered? because if you already triggered resurgence previously in the same instance, amelioration wont ever trigger in the same instance. because this case happens quite often.
U go into instance, resurgence triggers because of ignited ground or whatever, then after couple minutes when they fight in ritual or something, player getting killed and confuses as "why neither of my stuff triggered", i lost %10.
