Ashar, The Sand Mother Jumped out of Arena

Ashar, The Sand Mother boss jumped out of her arena into the rewards area and got stuck there.
I was able to reset the arena by going to character selection and logging back in, fortunately it reset the fight but I didn't lose the whole trial.
