[BUG] Drops disappearing (with video)

Hi,

Can someone from the GGG team advice me on what kind of bullshit is this

3 sec mark - showing theres no loot filtrr
11 sec mark - items drop off mobs i killed but magically disappear after 2 to 3 seconds
24 sec mark - opening inventory to show what i have
40 sec mark - shield that drop disppears after 3 secs
53 sec mark - picked up the spear that dropped and confirm its in my inventory but once i drop it its gone too

This is worse while i am mapping. Entire cluster of drops disappear after 3 seconds and even if i try to loot them all, those items that i am unable to loot due to full inventory disappears too.

This is a loot base game and i am playing to get epic loots to progress or trade however this issue that i facing is causing me unable to enjoy the game properly.

Kindly refund me the supporter packs i have purchased as this game play is not working as intended for me.
