Physical bow

Where are the classic physical bow skills ? If anybody want to play with physical bleed bow, how can this be done ? Why is it not possible ? Why only elemental skills everywhere ? Why we have more class, if in fact, all wizards. Even the warrior use fire skills. WHY ?
Why are skills tied to weapon type ? Why is build construction being killed?
