Drops disappearing!!!!!!!!

HELLO GRINDING GEAR GAMES TEAM,

My drops in game are magically disappearing. The items will disappear if i dont loot them fast enough and i am not using any loot filter. If i pick them and throw them out i am not able loot them back too.

I CANNOT PLAY AT ALL IF I AM NOT ABLE TO LOOT ITEMS AND IF YOU CANNOT FIX THIS GARBAGE BUG PLEASE REFUND ME THE SUPPORTER PACKS I BOUGHT.
