Support gem suggestion: link a granted skill with a trigger gem

Considering granted skills like VD, Living Bomb, Decompose etc. that are found on, for example, wands, see barely any use due to their nature, my suggestion would be to create a support gem that would function in the following way:

Supports an item-granted non-channeling spell skill, allowing it to be triggered by a meta gem highest on the skill list. Supported skill will only benefit from support gems socketed into the meta gem. Supported skill can only be triggered by the meta gem and cannot be manually cast.

Once socketed into the triggered gem, all other sockets would no longer accept support gems (or, if there are any already in sockets, they would be automatically moved to the inventory or give an error that space is missing if inventory is full).
