Game Crash

I was playing T15 Waystones on the End game, the game glitched, I got killed, then it took me to a half screen map. I was unable to move or portal. I've run integrity check, restarted computer, but I'm unable to log into my character. If I try my game closes out completely. (I can log into my other characters).
