crescent splinter didnt drop from 10 boss maven

Completed a 10 way mavens crucible and no splinter dropped. This is the very first time I have had no splinter drop and I am wondering if its a 99999/100000 chance situation for a drop or if a bug happened.

Has been reported many times over the last few seasons. No response from GGG yet. If it happens again, be sure to do /bug in-game at the time so they can gather any data at the time.
Assuming not filter or item label related, then my initial guess is something to do with the loot generating where it shouldn't be. Like 0.01% of the arena cannot generate loot, and then you have to have the splinters specifically spawn in that small space out of all of the other loot. Since splinters are the only the loot that is guaranteed, no one will notice some rare boots or a random awakened gem not spawning and just assume it didn't drop. But splinters not spawning is noticeable. |

" Third piece? Are you talking about Ultimatum trial in PoE 2? If so, wrong forum, and the Ultimatum bosses are not guaranteed to drop different fragments each time. |
