Simulacrum bug

I was doing a simulacrum in Clearfell Lumbermill and was doing fine until I got to Wave 10 where Kosis teleported itself outside of the arena. I waited for a minute but nothing happened so I left the zone via portal and went back in only to be placed outside of the arena. Tried relogging back in and nothing changed.
