Rage support gem not working with Rake when Stomping Ground is active in the setup aswell

Hey there, would love to report a bug where Rage support gem is not working with Rake while Stomping Ground is active in the Rake setup aswell, and im using Gain 1 Rage on Hit on my gloves and this 1 Rage is actually working and beeing gain by Rake even if Stomping Ground is in the setup, if i take out Stomping Ground it generates 4 Rage as it supposed to, would be great if you could guys check this out and repair it. It would be actually a lil bit of a game changer for minmaxing the build i've made.
