spirit reserved

Lets say u have any specter.. full amount of them.
And isntead of making them 0 and then swich gem to another specter, u simply change the gem.
Half of ur spirit get reserved for no reason and even if u bring ur speter count to 0. Hald of ur spirit will remain reserved.
