Orb of annulment : make it useful

Hi guys,

After 250h playing PoE2, I got 3 orb of annulment and I really feel its useless. I mean of you want to random change an affix, you can use chaos.

So I have a question : who used it at least once ?

And what about, with a such low drop rate, having the possibility to remove an affix that you can actually choose ???
