Problems with tiers info for affixes

1)for items check every time i open poe2db and see maximum tier
on current item lvl.
Add this info in game,like this:

2)Add checkbox in options for this info without press 'alt'
3)In russian lang problem - no see numbers. Everywhere TS
4)The font is very faded. would like brighter
