Stuck on Xesht T3
|
I play a build with around 150k dps.
After 50% I constantly find myself doing more running than dpsing. One time out of 30 times I played him (or even more) I managed to get him to 2% but I usually die at 30%. I tried looking for videos doing Xesht more than t1 or not overshooting him for guidance but I cannot seem to find any. Is Xesht so hard after T2 or thats my skill cap with a normal build and I have to simply get over it and move on? Anyone actually beat him without a cheese built? what is a normal build?
what are you playing? is there a way to get your single target dps higher with different skills and/or different supports? is there a way to get your dps higher with items? are you running from all of his abilities? what are your defences? how is this feedback? |

" Not that good since you didn't answered any of my questions. You just hit me with more questions :P I am playing bonestorm blood mage. No its not possible to get my dps higher with different supports. I can spare 10 passive skill points to cripple the defenses to gain like 10k more dps. Yes, items could help if I had 100 divs to give but NOT much. I run with 2500 life and 3000 es no armour or ev. I consider "normal build" anything without a spear or lightning that doesn't oneshot the boss (or kill it in the first 10 seconds) PS: I am going through t15s super juiced, like a breeze. Also map bosses are easy. Last edited by noribin#3026 on May 5, 2025, 9:34:22 AM

" The great majority is cheesing it, at least the second half of the fight against Xesht. Some fights are really bad designed, with too little window of opportunity for DPS, specially if you are melee. Xesht and Arbiter of Ash are two really good examples of what devs shouldn't do when designing a boss. And the way this game is built (including Poe1 too), makes me feel like an idiot if I'm actually fighting them instead of cheesing. Somehow it feels like a waste of time. |
