corrupted nexus and support not actually being supportive

i completed a t15 waystone on a corrupted nexus that only needed a +6 or higher and it cleansed the area but never gave me my points. i stopped playing very early into this league for one of the main reasons as the horrible change to the atlas progression and waited till this last patch when you guys let us get 5 points per time. if im going to be screwed out of my points i will just totally stop playing as i dont do well with crap like this.
