Can't loot Pinnacle Boss loot if you die after the boss dies.

As the title says. If you die after a boss dies to some leftover effects you can't respawn without the loot De-spawning.

I just lost an Ingenuity due to this bug. Honestly this would be fixed if all damaging affects instantly de-spawn (like normal rituals) once the boss dies.

I feel ya i spent 100hrs searching for a Citadel just to die as the Boss died i even made sure to run the map with multiple portals but the Boss loot stayed in the arena that I could not access.
