Grenade mobs.

I've gotten Halo grenade killed by these guys a couple times in a row on a map. Not sure if its some sort of bug or what, I didn't notice any grenades at my feet- and the timing is off.

Its behaving like the grenades are hitting me as I go in- reflecting at the monsters feet, and then exploding. I do not see them, if it happens again I'll add notes.

For clarity:

Monsters lob em, I run through them, kill the mobs. Maybe take one step and I'm dead to an explosion. It sounds like grenades, but I haven't noticed one, muchless a couple of them... I don't think I'd die to one. I'm 2k health, full resists.

The timing is also off. When I attack them, they've just thrown a volley, so it should be an instant before they get another load off. I'm thinking they are triggering another throw right when they die, and the grenades don't display and instantly explode.

I'll try to add info if it happens again, but I'm trying to avoid losing gobs of fucking exp if possible.
