Corrupted nexus mission Cataclysm's Wake did not grant atlas point on map completion..

I completed the corrupted nexus map and beat the boss but died for the first time after beating the boss and when i respawned everything was gone map was cleansed but no atlas point and did not complete Cataclysm's wake quest and now the corrupted nexus map is gone so i cant even do it again.... Im extremely un happy.........
