I HAVE NOW LOST 2 CHAR. IN 2 WEEKS TO LOADING SCREEN CURSE

Ive lost 2 smiths of Kitava inside of loading screens from something involving the Chimeral Wasteland and the Trial of Chaos. ive lost all my good gear and some uniques and HOURS of my time. please rectify this or something. honestly heartbroken at this point
