Either add a "Cast on Cast" Spirit Gem or turn Ember Fusillade into a Spirit Gem

Okay, but really. The Dusk Vigil is the most fun I've ever had with Ember Fusillade. It's so much better than having to make sure to remember to cast it when you are not aiming something else. And having it "buff" your other casts is fun.

But in order to do that, you must forcefully use this staff, but if there were other ways to have this sort of behavior, it would be fun.
