0.2g Update Broke My Latency - Anyone Else?

Anyone else experiencing unbearable latency spikes in Path of Exile 2 after the 0.2g update?

I've been encountering severe lag that makes the game almost unplayable. This started immediately after the latest patch.

Here's what I've checked:

- Occurs at various times of day:night.
- I'm on a stable, wired 100mb fiber optic internet connection.
- This latency issue only happens in Path of Exile 2; other online games and services run perfectly.
- Tested multiple servers - (usually I play on EU with 35ms latency)

Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Has been there since patch F, may or may not be related to the ddos attack they mentioned.
I’m in Asia, there are only 3 servers, and only Japan server is playable with least latency, if Japan lags I might as well quit the season.
