Omen of Corruption Not Always Working

There have been multiple instances where the omen is constantly active in my inventory and it would not be consumed on death.

I have no idea the cause of it.

Most of the time, it does get consumed but there is a significant amount of times where it doesn't.

As someone who farms xp and is looking to get lvl 100, i lose several hours of progress due to this.

Hope im not the only one.

Assuming you mean Omen of Amelioration? Are you using any other Omen in the zone? Only one of any Omen can be used in an area.
