Cant finish Ritual

All monster should be dead, there was some worms (cant remember how they calling right), maybe 1 still underground.
And i cant finish map - exit to character selection menu didnt help, after reconnecting i am spawned in ritual.

maybe it was related with server issues(Moscow), while I was writing the bug report (5-10 min) i was kicked with "Game server lost contact with the realm". Spawned in HO without portals.
