Grenade mobs are still absurd

I was doing a tower map ( saying this as you know tower maps are not that dense ) and I saw the white mob pack, they threw their grenades, dispatched them and shield charged away. Their bombs were almost off screen ( where hp bar in the screen ) and there was no other pack and I still died to their multiple explosion and I had 78 fire res.

There was no rippy mod on map like extra fire or increase mob damage or anything else.

Please fix this already...
