Fractured Filter for Trade Site

It would be extremely helpful if we could filter items based on whether they have been fractured. Initially just having a boolean to filter solely on if it has or has not been fractured would be amazing.

Future state, being able to filter for specific mods that have been fractured would be an awesome enhancement to it.

Envisioning exactly what the Corrupted filter does in the Misc. section initially.
