Lag issues - game unplayable for the past 2 days

The past two days I suffer from constant micro pauses in the game. It feels like the Internet is blinking on and off every second which totally ruins the experience and making the game almost unplayable.
I checked thoroughly my starlink connection which is pretty stable and fast,i also tried my secondary Internet connection which had the same result.

I used to have the same problems. To correct it was easy for me, I just use Ethernet wired connections. Never do wireless again in any gameplay.
