Bug Report: Unable to Exit Boss Room After Skipping Phase 2 in Expedition Logs

Dear Path of Exile 2 Team,

I encountered a progression-blocking bug while fighting an Expedition Logs boss. Upon dealing high burst damage (likely skipping the boss's Phase 2 transition), I became permanently trapped in the boss arena. The exit portal failed to spawn, and relogging/restarting the game did not resolve the issue.
