PROBLEM CONNEXION

hello I would like to write to you because I can hardly play a path of exile anymore because I experience unexpected disconnections every 5 minutes, I tried to change between vulkan, directx12 and direct x11 (the latter is even worse)

At the moment I am direct X12 but it still bugs, do you have a solution?
