The Pinnacle of Flame

Hello, I'm currently in the part of the quest where I have to collect 3 fragments that are marked on the map with beacon lights . Unfortunately, the beacon is nowhere in the fog. I got 2 parts where the beacon was displayed for a while and then not. But now I don't have anything anywhere for a long time. Have you encountered that error?
Ill try to relog sever times. Even try to access monolith with another character. Nothing seems to work.
