Instance crash with frenzied, cold-converted, 'Explosive Spear'?

The whole 0.2 patch I had problems with maps crashing... it was almost unplayable.

I think it could be caused by a certain combination:

- frenzied 'Explosive Spear'
- 'Blueflame Bracers' + 'Herald of Ice'
- Tactician
- 'Buswhack' boots

The last 2 days I played another char without any instance crashes. Just gave the 'Explosive Spear Tactician' another try --> crash.
