Atlas Passive Points Not Granted Retroactively – Need Clarification & Resolution (Patch 0.2.0g)

Hi GGG team,

I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered an issue with retroactive granting of Atlas Passive Points in PoE2, and I haven’t been able to get a clear or helpful resolution through support channels.

After progressing in the game, I expected to receive a number of Atlas Passive Points retroactively (as noted in recent patch 0.2.0g). However, I’ve only received one point, which seems incorrect based on my current progression.

I submitted a support request, but was told via email that the team cannot assist me directly and that I should post here on the forums and hope for a developer to respond. Honestly, that was pretty disheartening — this seems like a progression-impacting issue that should be easy to check and resolve from your side.

Could someone from the development or QA team please:

Confirm whether the retroactive point granting system in 0.2.0g is functioning correctly?

Let me know if there’s a known bug or criteria I might have missed?

Advise on how to proceed if my account has been affected improperly?

I’ve put a lot of time (and money) into the game and just want to make sure things are working as intended.

Hi, I also am short Atlas points. I just finished tier 15 corruption and have 4 points unaccounted for.

same issue here. currently stuck at 38/40 atlas points and i just finished doing another nexus. pretty pathetic, not disheartening, that you were told that by customer service. i didn't even realize that the entire "do x lvl corrupted nexus" had completely disappeared as an objective. what's worse is that they likely won't fix the issue for several weeks, completely hampering your progression and loot.

The issue you are missing is that 30 points come from Nexus completions ( was 2 points x 15, now it’s 5 points x 6) and the remaining 10 points come from completing unique maps. There are 7 (maybe 8) unique maps and you get 2 points for the first completion (repeating a unique map you’ve got points from doesn’t work) of the first 5 you find.

I am also at 36/40 having done the Untainted (not sure this one counts), Catsaway , Megalith and Wildwood unique maps. The last 4 I need to find any 2 of the other unique maps.

I have done 4 but only got 6 points so either Untainted or Wildwood (one or the other) don’t count, due to its xp only nature I’d guess Untainted is the one that doesn’t count.
