Loot is clearly bugged

Acts 1-3 drop more loot than cruel acts

Got more exalts more regals more alchs and more uniques on the first 3 acts rather than the cruel version, this makes 0 sense. Why do I need to repeat those 3 acts just to get even less loot? Come on ggg u make it look like u dont have 10+ years of experience already on arpgs.
