console(ps5) stuck in loading screen

Both of my DotH characters are stuck in loadscreen when attempting to log in.
First character got stuck when I tried to portal back into chaos trial from town.
Closed the game and logged in with another character. Got stuck when I used waypoint to chaos temple.
Both characters are now unable to log in, stuck in infinite loading screen

Standard charcters seem to be ok.

I do have the very same issue on my Xbox Series X. Loading my DotH character is not possible. I'm stuck in the loading screen forever.

Any suggestions what could help? I do not have the time to simply start a new character just because mine does not work anymore.
