Stuck in the arena

Hi there, 4th Trial of Chaos in the Act III. I moved on a platform that brought me in the arena "Enter the arena to start the challenge", but nothing starts, there is a lever outside i cannot reach and i cannot use portal to go away from here. Plus, even if i log out the game and re-enter my character is struck there :-( and i cannot get out from there
