Unique Tablets Drop Rate Concern

Do they even drop? I’m level 96 and never saw one.
Some of them are bis when it comes to juicing maps, and because setting up for juiced maps takes such a long time, I would like to use one of these.

Suggestion:
1. If you made the drop rate so scarce, you might as well don’t introduce them in game.
2. Disable overlapping tablet effects, this way I can use the tablets whenever I see one tower. No need to go through the boring phase of traversing and activating three towers.

I got 4 over the last two days. It may be a higher chance in cleansed maps idk?
