Unable to complete Crypt Map

I have completely cleared the map, ran along every wall and clicked every interactable item (urns, chests etc) and all mobs have been cleared. I am unable to access the centre of the map to complete it. Both doors to the area I need to access are unable to be accessed. https://gyazo.com/56b502ad86096f4eecef24d6d0fb973b
