Beira's Anguish is OP again

Using Beira's Anguish build is OP now.
Just shoot a skill(Eye of winter) and all monsters in the entire screen are dead instantly.
This is absolutely unfair and unbalanced with other builds.
Please GGG do some action before lots of ppl have a sense of deprivation.
