Can't get into game

When I start game I can go up to character login, after that game just crush, in logs there is:

More info:
* I use steam client
* game crush when I try to access hideout or login as user that start in hideout
* creating new character or login to character that is not in hideout work
* tried Vulcan and Directx12 it change nothing
* deleting everything in "\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile 2" do not work
* it start failing today
